According to the Government press service, the provided money will be used to purchase 20 medical diagnostic devices for the Chisinau Institute of Oncology and for Balti and Cahul regional hospitals.
The Prime minister expressed gratitude to the Japanese Government for the permanent support provided to Moldova, in particular, for the solar panels system, installed in the Institute of Oncology.
Mr. Toichi Sakata assured that Japan will further support the Republic of Moldova in conducting reforms. He welcomed the abolition, beginning with April 28, of visas to the Schengen area for Moldovan citizens.
